Responsible for leading EM Media's financial strategy and overseeing all of the agency's financial functions and procedures. Mark has the additional responsibility for financially managing the investment and recoupment of EM Media's £6million ERDF venture capital and loan fund. Heidi Gaffney - Corporate Administrator & Mediabox Coordinator
Heidi co-ordinates the Chief Executive’s diary and provides administrative support to the Chief Executive and EM Media’s senior management team; including coordinating meetings of EM Media's AGM and Board. Heidi is also acting as the East Midlands’ Mediabox Coordinator for the duration of the scheme. Heidi will assist with pre-application support and provide localised information, advice and guidance for Mid and Big Mediabox strands.
