Online Broadcast network for graduates proving a success

An online broadcast industry portal which launched last year is looking forward to a busy and successful 2009 as its online presence continues to grow. broadcastgraduate.com is a web-based network for undergrads/graduates who have studied relevant degrees and are looking for information or job opportunities in the broadcast and media industries.
The idea behind the network was to provide information for candidates to learn more about the industry, the variety of companies there are and the career opportunities available to university leavers.
By March this year the site had received registrations from over 1,600 candidates who have studied or are currently studying a variety of creative media, production, technology and engineering courses.
The network has also formed partnerships with a number of businesses from post production houses to broadcasters and systems integrators which include Ascent Media, Envy Post Production, Sky and Sony. The community portal allows these companies to market themselves to the increasing number of candidates registering on the network via a company profile as well as advertising any entry level vacancies on the jobs board for FREE.
